This dashboard is for case managers/staff supervisors as they manage those assigned for them to supervise. Case managers should be able to see everything a case worker can see on their cases.

On Staff Dashboard -> {user} -> {case} block, display date of most recent note and status of signatures (red = none, yellow = supervisor signed, green = both signed)

This is in place now. Green circle check if both supervisor and case worker have signed the note, yellow or orange exclamation if just the supervisor has signed, and red if nobody has signed.

Add a button or link to the {case} block for case details, which displays members, active referrals, most recent note for each referral
